Designated Emphasis Program
Study of Religion students may choose to pursue an area of specialization called a "Designated Emphasis" in one of the areas listed below. Similar to a minor for undergrads, the Designated Emphasis is awarded in conjunction with the Ph.D. degree and is signified by a transcript designation; for example, "Ph.D. in the Study of Religion with a Designated Emphasis in Critical Theory."
